Who you are:
Khoros is looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Associate to support our Customer Service, Digital Contact Center, and Conversational AI solutions. In this role, you will support the go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches in enterprise level messaging, chatbot, AI-powered automation technology. You will create programs that accelerate sales and drive industry category leadership.
We are looking for someone passionate about marketing B2B technology that makes life easier for both brands and consumers. You should thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven culture, and master the cycle of learn → build → deliver → measure. You will be responsible for communicating the value of digital-first Customer Service to the market.
This role is budgeted in the $60,000 - $70,000 range for base salary. Salary will ultimately be based on a candidate’s experience and external market factors.
