We are looking for an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager to play a key role in ensuring the continued success of our rapidly growing customer base. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, developing and sustaining strategic relationships with a portfolio of top-tier enterprise customers, and responsible for showcasing Khoros product value that aligns with customers’ goals and related KPIs. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business within an assigned territory. You will be part of the North America enterprise new logo sales team. You will help new customers understand the value of our Customer Engagement platform and be able to challenge them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. The ideal candidate needs to have experience selling complex SaaS solutions into large corporate and multinational companies with a proven ability of acquiring new customers.
Who are we looking for?
As a Quality Engineer within Professional Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customizations and other technical solutions implemented by the Front-end and Back-end Engineers within Professional Services. To fulfill these responsibilities, you have extensive professional experience creating and executing test plans. You are also an excellent collaborator, working with our Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Engineers to understand the technical designs and solutions that have been implemented. At the same time, you can work independently and efficiently, because you’re organized, task-focused and self-responsible. Preferred candidates will have prior experience working in a Professional Services environment, handling a portfolio of simultaneous projects.
This position will be focused on supporting our EMEA region, and will be required to accommodate EMEA working hours (approximately 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm IST).
