We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner (Talent Development Partner) who is passionate, analytical, and excited to be part of our new centralized Learning & Development team at Khoros. This individual will partner with various stakeholders, and the broader organization to design, develop, and deliver effective learning and development programs, while ensuring that programs motivate and inspire organizational learning and support the development of our employees. Responsibilities Include: - Oversee Corporate and Acquisition orientation and onboarding programs as appropriate for Khoros - Manage New Hire Orientation and onboarding training assignments, track completion, measure program success, and create and implement new onboarding courses and materials - Conduct needs assessments to identify high priority learning and development target areas for employee groups, creates training plans, and identifies opportunities to utilize outside resources, as appropriate - Partners with Human Resources and organizational leaders to evaluate talent needs and growth areas - Refines and delivers results-driven learning and development programs using a wide variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices adhering to adult learning theory to ensure maximum effectiveness of programs - Builds learning and development programs for assigned subject areas, in collaboration with subject matter experts - Design and develop programs and curriculum, partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives - Builds, tests, and delivers high-quality interactive training to support our commitment to talent development and increasing retention and transfer of both technical and non-technical subject matter - Serving as project manager including daily logistics of executing programs including classroom/lab set up and breakdown, coordination of training facilities and materials, communication with trainees, and post-workshop collection of evaluation/feedback - Manages projects from inception to delivery, ensuring buy-in from peers, leaders, and key stakeholders - Working closely with appropriate organizational leaders and the Talent Development team to analyze the performance of learner audiences so that additional learning interventions can be developed and prescribed   Skills - Knowledge of principles and methods for adult learning theory, and measurement / assessment of training methods and content - Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects with specified timelines while simultaneously meeting aggressive deadlines - Working knowledge of HRIS and Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday - Experience in collaborating with global teams and clients to manage expectations - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, superior organizational skills - Must be proactive, a self-starter with ability to think independently and work autonomously when necessary and a desire to succeed among fellow professionals - Must be willing to seek continuous improvement in relation to established work processes and procedures   Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience - 3-5 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training - Experience utilizing diverse learning management tools, learning management systems, and training applications - Strong Consultative Approach

Khoros is looking for a junior corporate counsel for its fast-paced Legal and Compliance Department to help with contract review and negotiation, compliance, data protection and privacy, and general corporate matters. The ideal candidate is someone who can establish rapport and build positive, trusted working relationships with management, colleagues, vendors, and customers.   This is an exciting position for a new or junior attorney to work with talented senior lawyers and receive hands-on training on all aspects of a SaaS company’s legal needs -- both internally and customer-facing.    Essential Functions - Draft, review, negotiate, and revise, with minimal supervision, multiple types of contracts including, confidentiality agreements, customer agreements, vendor agreements, outsourcing agreements, marketing agreements, settlement agreements,  and data protection agreements.  - Prepare responses to legal questions on customer RFPs and/or RFIs, and be able to balance risk and opportunity to support Khoros in winning deals. - Answer contract-related questions, determine contractual obligations, and resolve contractual disputes. - Draft, review, revise, and advise on policies, templates, press releases, and public-facing documents.  - Conduct research on commercial matters, draft recommendation memos, and conduct basic risk assessments. - Assess Khoros’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Coordinate and manage projects relating to operations and business needs to identify, analyze, and minimize risks. - Manage either the Department’s subject-access-request tool or compliance tool. - Provide general legal advice to the business. - Collaborate and support senior lawyers with various Department initiatives, either as a result of ad hoc issues that arise or in connection with long-term objectives.   Qualifications - Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice law in the US state in which you will be working. - 1-2 years of legal experience preferred. If a candidate has under 1 year of experience, they must have been a member of Law Review or held a judicial clerkship. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideal candidates embrace a fast-paced work environment and are interested in supporting customers from a wide range of industries. A deep understanding of Facebook Groups, social media, and major networks is key, as is a sense of curiosity and a “can-do” attitude.    The social media coordinator will manage Facebook Group-based social communities. They'll create and publish organic content, export and manipulate social data, as well as support strategic deliverables and plans to help Khoros customers unlock the most value possible from their social programs and the Khoros platform.   The Part Time Social Media Coordinator will work collaboratively with strategists, analysts, and social media managers to support group-based social programs that meet and exceed our customers' business objectives. This role will report to a Senior Strategist  and work closely with the sales and professional services teams to enable world-class social strategy and execution for Khoros customers.   This role is budgeted for $21/hr. Salary will ultimately be based on a candidate’s experience and external market factors.
