Khoros is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to expand the brand's marketing capabilities related to an already robust digital offering. This position will report to the Manager of Marketing Operations and will collaborate with various teams within the company including, Demand Generation, Event Marketing, Sales, and Design on a regular basis.   What You’ll Do In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, testing, reporting, and evaluating the success of email programs. Email programs will support Khoros content, events, webinars, product updates, announcements, newsletters, and operational sends. This role will also provide marketing operations support, such as creating webinar programs, web forms, asset tracking, database analysis, reporting,  and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have a background in email or content marketing with a deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy. Information Security Operations Sr. Manager   Overview: The Manager of Security Operations is responsible for the day to day defensive operations of Khoros technology.  This includes maintaining and improving visibility to the surface area of our products and services, driving a strong posture to protect our customers and responding to information security events and issues.  This is a critical role reporting to the Sr Director of information security in our technical operations organization.   What You’ll Do: - Oversee security operations and incident response functions and staff on a daily basis. - Lead information security investigations and incident response activities. - Develop, establish, and manage the strategy for the Information Security Operations and Engineering function. - Operate as a strategic player/coach in a highly hands-on role. - Review, revise, and maintain the information security incident response policy and procedures. - Develop, prepare and monitor operational metrics to drive improvement in security operations. - Maintain up to date situational awareness through multiple sources of threat intelligence and an ongoing understanding of the business. - Manage, refine and enhance technology platforms that improve defensive visibility and prevent compromise. Partner Business Development Sales Manager    Job Summary:   The Business Development team at Khoros is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to function as the sales lead between the Khoros new business sales organization, customer success organization and the external partners within the Khoros ecosystem.  Success in this role will mean exceeding aggressive goals for ecosystem sourced new business opportunities, exceeding sales quotas on integration sku’s as well as leveraging our integration ecosystem to influence customer renewals. This person will maintain relationships with a growing list of partners across the globe and be the main point of contact for all sales interactions to provide expertise in these respective channel markets. The type of person that will thrive in this role is a well-rounded sales person, has great communication skills, is hungry to learn, can command a room, enjoys building relationships, is highly organized and can get passionate about evangelizing the story of an open platform to external constituents.The Business Development team is responsible for identifying, creating, and fostering the strategic relationships with ecosystem partners. We also manage the relationships and processes that interface with the Khoros product development, marketing, sales, and services teams. Khoros’s Pricing and Contracts Office primary responsibility is driving complex commercial contracts to closure by providing the Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Services, Renewals) with business process & policy insights as well as strategic and operational support. The team sits within Finance Operations, in the office of the CFO. As a member of the Pricing and Contracts Office, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to Khoros’s business from all angles, from our go-to-market strategy and roll-out of new products to the standardization of policies and systems to scale operations. You will be well-positioned as a strategic adviser with your fingers on the pulse of the business.   In this role, you will help to accelerate deal cycles to close and maximize revenue by partnering with Sales in proposal-building, pricing, quote generation, and opportunity management.  This is all in the effort to structure profitable and compliant transactions to the mutual benefit of Khoros and its Customers.
