You will manage a team of administrators/developers and work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify business requirements, lead development, and provide support for Salesforce. Strong people management, systems strategy, and programmatic development skills are critical.   Some Responsibilities Include:   - Owning the Salesforce strategy and driving the roadmap, taking into account new releases and features from SFDC as well as 3rd party vendors. - Managing and mentoring a team of admins and developers. - Collaborating with operational stakeholders, including defining requirements, suggesting alternatives, and setting priorities. - Designing best practices and guidelines for platform stability and expansion. This includes, but is not limited to, developing detailed business requirements, including use cases, risk mitigation, etc. - Establishing and maintaining core integrations with related systems through the use of ETL and custom code. - Providing direction and technical management for the planning, designing, implementation, integration, and operation of dynamic enterprise systems as well as vendor management. - Assessing the impact of new requirements on all systems, from ERP to CRM to customer-facing systems   Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years owning a Salesforce org that has multiple enterprise integrations - 3+ years managing or leading a team of admins/developers - 3+ years of programmatic development experience in Salesforce (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) including APIs (REST and SOAP) - 3+ years of experience with MySQL and PHP. Experience with similar databases or languages is acceptable  - 2+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ - Experience with integration between enterprise information systems   Nice to Have: - Salesforce certifications - Experience with Financial Force PSA   WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM ? You will build trusted, lasting relationships with key decision makers through your in-depth understanding of how each of our customers use Khoros software to stay “all-ways connected” to their most important customers and prospects.    The ideal Customer Account Executive has strong sales acumen, able to maintain command and control of a sophisticated sales cycle and accurately forecast incremental revenue back to the business. You will have deep business acumen, knowing how to confidently run a well-executed value pitch meeting for a group of C-suite executives, while articulating technical Khoros differentiators to a group of influential end users. You will also have customer experience acumen, able to inspire customers by providing consultative strategies to help some of the world’s most iconic enterprise brands to better engage with their customers.  The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management and Messaging products for social customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy.

We are looking to hire several hundred positions this year and we are looking for a great talent acquisition leader to help us with this growth. This key leadership role has the responsibility of leading our US based talent acqusition team. This leader will balance the needs of a strategic viewpoint of recruiting programs as well as providing tactical guidance for the overall employment brand and candidate experience at Khoros. This role will partner with and work closely with leaders throughout the organization including our finance, payroll, Engineering, and other HR functional teams. With the capability to Deliver results with little supervision and effectively handle multiple projects and initiatives to timeline and business expectations.
