As a Senior Product Designer at Khoros, you'll be helping create the most innovative business collaboration tool on the market. Khoros is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to join our fast-growing team. As aReliability Engineer, you will work closely with other SREs and product teams to ensure that our products continue to have great uptime and stability. Salesforce Architect As a Salesforce Architect at Khoros, you will play the critical role of owning our Salesforce instance and implementations. You will manage a team of administrators/developers and work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify business requirements, lead development, and provide support for Salesforce. Strong people management, systems strategy, and programmatic development skills are critical.   Job Description: - System Architecture & Integrations: - Own the system architecture for our SFDC instance and integrations that connect in our tech stack.   - Design best practices and guidelines for platform stability and expansion.  - Assess the impact of new requirements on all integrations to Salesforce, from ERP to CRM to customer-facing systems - Provide direction and technical management for the planning, design, implementation, integration, and operation of dynamic enterprise systems. - System Administration and Development: - Respond to business requirements and implement solutions  - Manage the schedule and plan for new releases, backups, and feature enablement from SFDC and third party vendors. - Establish and maintain core integrations with related systems through the use of ETL and custom code. - Project Management: - Collaborate with operational stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements, including use cases, and risk mitigation to drive the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and priorities. - Lead or oversee project delivery on approved roadmap - Team and Vendor Management: - Directly manage and mentor a team of salesforce admins and developers. - Directly manage or provide input to the management of vendor systems that connect to SFDC.  - Manage supporting system selection and coordination with procurement.   Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years owning a Salesforce org that has multiple enterprise integrations - 3+ years experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - 3+ years managing or leading a team of admins/developers - 3+ years of programmatic development experience in Salesforce (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) including APIs (REST and SOAP) - Experience with integrations between enterprise information systems   Additional consideration given to candidates with:     - Salesforce certifications (Architect, Developer, Administrator) - Experience with Financialforce PSA  - Experience with CPQ - Experience with MySQL and PHP.
