Khoros is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the marketing operations team, managing the performance and optimization of the marketing department's effectiveness with a consultative, data-driven approach informed by industry best practices. You will report to the CMO and focus on the strategic development, continuous improvement, and ongoing success of marketing programming and delivery. As the owner of the marketing team's tech stack, keeper of the marketing 'ledger' and truth-teller of the team's performance, you are the marketing team's central nervous system and feel accountable to Khoros' overall GTM success.

We’re looking to add a Senior Software Engineer to an already awesome engineering team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining SaaS applications in the digital media space. The successful candidate will be insatiably curious, eager to ask questions and find solutions to how our customers can see even more value in our software and services. You will build trusted, lasting relationships with key decision makers through your in-depth understanding of how each of our customers use Khoros software to stay “all-ways connected” to their most important customers and prospects.    The ideal Customer Account Executive has strong sales acumen, able to maintain command and control of a sophisticated sales cycle and accurately forecast incremental revenue back to the business. You will have deep business acumen, knowing how to confidently run a well-executed value pitch meeting for a group of C-suite executives, while articulating technical Khoros differentiators to a group of influential end users.
