Khoros’s Pricing and Contracts Office primary responsibility is driving complex commercial contracts to closure by providing the Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Services, Renewals) with business process & policy insights as well as strategic and operational support. The team sits within Finance Operations, in the office of the CFO. As a member of the Pricing and Contracts Office, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to Khoros’s business from all angles, from our go-to-market strategy and roll-out of new products to the standardization of policies and systems to scale operations. You will be well-positioned as a strategic adviser with your fingers on the pulse of the business.   In this role, you will help to accelerate deal cycles to close and maximize revenue by partnering with Sales in proposal-building, pricing, quote generation, and opportunity management.  This is all in the effort to structure profitable and compliant transactions to the mutual benefit of Khoros and its Customers. You will also help manage and lead weekly calls for review of strategic deals and approvals of discounts and concessions.    #LI-REMOTE

As part of the Vista Equity family, you’ll receive best in class development opportunities and the ability to work with customers like Samsung, HP, Sony, and Visa. The Khoros engagement platform comprises Online Community, Social Media Management, Messaging, and Voice of Customer products for digital customer service, social support and social media marketing teams to listen, respond and act on customer conversations – creating deep relationships and fostering brand loyalty and advocacy. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Khoros customers and prospects, helping define and build complex technical solutions leveraging the Khoros platform within the sales cycle . You’ll have success in this role by understanding the customer’s definition of business value, technical architecture,  and challenging them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. In short, you’ll inspire some of the world’s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies spanning multiple technologies.  The perfect candidate is a well-rounded individual who has skills in strategy, technical analysis, cloud architecture, and solution design. The ability to quickly research new technologies and provide perspective as well as evaluate multiple solutions options (along with the implications thereof and the dependencies within) is key. This role is part of the Pre-Sales organization within Sales and works closely with partners in Product and Professional Services to articulate and present best in class design.
