The ability to research, learn and quickly leverage complex information to our clients is a key component of this position. The ideal candidate will be located on the East coast as she or he will support the East region.

As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will work closely with Khoros customers and prospects, helping define and build complex technical solutions leveraging the Khoros platform within the sales cycle . You’ll have success in this role by understanding the customer’s definition of business value, technical architecture,  and challenging them to think about new ways to differentiate and transform their business. In short, you’ll inspire some of the world’s most iconic brands to better engage with their customers by providing thought-provoking and consultative strategies spanning multiple technologies.  The perfect candidate is a well-rounded individual who has skills in strategy, technical analysis, cloud architecture, and solution design. The ability to quickly research new technologies and provide perspective as well as evaluate multiple solutions options (along with the implications thereof and the dependencies within) is key. This role is part of the Pre-Sales organization within Sales and works closely with partners in Product and Professional Services to articulate and present best in class design.
