As a Senior Product Designer at Khoros, you'll be helping create the most innovative business collaboration tool on the market. You'll be responsible for delivering solutions for Khoros' products, working closely with Product Management and Engineering to drive innovation that will further Khoros' market leadership. As aReliability Engineer, you will work closely with other SREs and product teams to ensure that our products continue to have great uptime and stability. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to craft beautiful and engaging interfaces for Khoros customers. The Senior Frontend Engineer we’re looking for possesses an eye for detail, a creative can-do spirit, and a healthy amount of patience and empathy. On one hand, you will work with Product Designers to consult on patterns, consistency, usability and accessibility. On the other - our Engineers are counting on you to help them execute quality, robust experiences. Job Duties: -  You will have a great deal of control and say over the display layer of our web-based platform, which is currently in use by millions of people worldwide. -  You will help us organize and maintain pattern libraries, be a champion for accessibility and standards, and your input and expertise will be key in delivering improvements and functionality to our customer base faster. -  You will be instrumental with the development of our next generation UI platform. -  This is a fairly technical position. You’ll be in the code a lot, optimizing large amounts of JavaScript and markup for a robust, complex, and responsive platform.  -  You’ll also be spending a lot of time with the product team, helping estimate tasks and suggesting UX improvements whenever you can. Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years Javascript (Expert Level); experience with React and Angular preferred. Salesforce Architect As a Salesforce Architect at Khoros, you will play the critical role of owning our Salesforce instance and implementations. You will manage a team of administrators/developers and work closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify business requirements, lead development, and provide support for Salesforce. Strong people management, systems strategy, and programmatic development skills are critical.   Job Description: - System Architecture & Integrations: - Own the system architecture for our SFDC instance and integrations that connect in our tech stack.   - Design best practices and guidelines for platform stability and expansion.  - Assess the impact of new requirements on all integrations to Salesforce, from ERP to CRM to customer-facing systems - Provide direction and technical management for the planning, design, implementation, integration, and operation of dynamic enterprise systems. - System Administration and Development: - Respond to business requirements and implement solutions  - Manage the schedule and plan for new releases, backups, and feature enablement from SFDC and third party vendors. - Establish and maintain core integrations with related systems through the use of ETL and custom code. - Project Management: - Collaborate with operational stakeholders to develop detailed business requirements, including use cases, and risk mitigation to drive the Salesforce strategy, roadmap, and priorities. - Lead or oversee project delivery on approved roadmap - Team and Vendor Management: - Directly manage and mentor a team of salesforce admins and developers. - Directly manage or provide input to the management of vendor systems that connect to SFDC.  - Manage supporting system selection and coordination with procurement.   Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years owning a Salesforce org that has multiple enterprise integrations - 3+ years experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - 3+ years managing or leading a team of admins/developers - 3+ years of programmatic development experience in Salesforce (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) including APIs (REST and SOAP) - Experience with integrations between enterprise information systems   Additional consideration given to candidates with:     - Salesforce certifications (Architect, Developer, Administrator) - Experience with Financialforce PSA  - Experience with CPQ - Experience with MySQL and PHP.
