We are looking to add a Competitive Intelligence Manager to our Market Intelligence team, which is a vital function of the Product Marketing team at Khoros. Ultimately, your mission is this: help us win. Your responsibilities would include gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing competitive intelligence in order to deliver actionable insights, build tools for the sales team, and help craft differentiated messages for marketing and sales.    You’ll own and lead many of our ‘always-on’ competitive intelligence programs including things like win/loss interviewing, battlecard creation and upkeep, and more. You’ll keep tabs on our top competitors on a daily basis, and share critical updates with stakeholders across the org. This work will help our sales team to more effectively compete in deals, our product and product marketing teams to prioritize roadmaps and refine their go-to-market, and our marketing team to nail competitive messaging and campaigns.    You’ll be a great fit for this role if you’re either an analyst with a reputation for delivering simple and compelling insights, or a marketing/sales professional with a competitive streak and a demonstrated ability to really dig into details. You have a love for people, a brain for analysis, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Reporting to the Director of Market Intelligence, you'll have a prominent role in driving our ability to capture market share. You’ll also have lots of exposure within the product marketing team, which presents a unique opportunity to begin or progress a career in product marketing.

Khoros is seeking a Reliability Engineer III to join our fast-growing team. As aReliability Engineer, you will work closely with other SREs and product teams to ensure that our products continue to have great uptime and stability. The Reliability Engineer we’re looking for is highly technical, enjoys puzzles, is comfortable with high-pressure situations, and has excellent communication skills.  Some Responsibilities Include: - Creating and maintaining tooling for monitoring, alerting, as well as diagnosing production and stability issues - Working closely with internal partners and teams to ensure that we ship software that meets security and SLA requirements - Debuggin complex problems across an entire stack and creating solid solutions - Creating tooling to support automatic recovery from issues - Keeping the services up and running or quickly getting them back up and running when failures occur   Minimum Requirements: - 4+ years of software development, scripting, or operations experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with scripting languages such as shell scripting - Experience debugging complex problems - Experience with large-scale production systems - Experience with monitoring and observability such as with Datadog, New Relic, and Nagios   Preferred Requirements: - Experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Experience with DevOps engineering or SRE     WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN OUR TEAM ?
