The IT Support Specialist will work closely with other team members to grow our enterprise systems, test and implement new technologies, and provide world-class support for our end users including a highly technical group of Engineers and Developers. Responsibilities 1. Helpdesk support for end-user system implementations, problem troubleshooting, repair/fix, and ongoing support process improvements. Work closely with help desk team members to drive productivity and customer satisfaction. 2. Windows and Apple OS end-user desktop build, support, capacity management, and performance tuning. 3. Respond to help desk ticket requests for support, supplies, replacement parts, etc as needed by local and remote staff. 4. Support company events in the local office and surrounding venues including physical setup, support of audio/visual equipment, manage web conference sessions (Zoom, WebEx, A/V Equipment), and general event support activities. Preferred Skills and Experience Level 1. 1- 3 years of exeperience with setup and basic support of end-user desktops including setting up monitors, keyboard, mouse, and cabling to IT standard desk configurations. 2. Experience handling Web conference tools (Zoom, WebEx, etc.)  3. Webcam, Microphone Connectivity and Troubleshooting  4. Troubleshooting Skills with regards to network cabling and connectivity. 5. Together, you will drive the product vision.  - Creating storyboards, sketches and prototypes to map out the desired experience  - Prototyping (we do it everyday) is an integral part of the process  - Conducting user research (i.e. observational customer interviews; usability testing) - The ability to work collaboratively across different teams (product management, engineering, marketing) - Experience designing for a variety of platforms (mobile, tablet, desktop) -  A good understanding of the technical aspects of mobile and web applications -  Solid experience in concept, information and experience design -  The ability to oversee the development of the design. - The ability to work with a team of designers across multiple projects and multiple time zones. -  The ability to effectively communicate solutions to others - A design portfolio of shipped products.
